REBECCA JACKSONBA (Hons) (UCL), BA (Hons), MSc, PGCert, BSCAH

Rebecca Jackson is a mental health specialist and founder of The Virtual Hippo, with expertise in immersive psychological interventions for high-stress professions. She has worked therapeutically with emergency service personnel and specialises in designing evidence-based approaches to stress reduction and resilience.

Rebecca was an Executive Fellow with the LEAP Digital Health Hub (Leadership, Engagement, Acceleration & Partnership) as part of the 2024–2025 cohort, a UK-wide initiative bringing together industry, NHS, and academic leaders to drive innovation in digital health.

Her work combines psychological expertise with emerging technology to create scalable, evidence-based solutions that support workforce wellbeing in high-pressure environments.
